Handmade in Midland Texas, Leather knife sheath made with a real Elephant Skin Hide and cowhide Veg Tan leather. The front part of the sheath is made with a real elephant skin hide imported from Zimbabwe Africa. This skin is the top grain (top split) side of the hide that shows more difine wrinkles (cracks) and more texture, elephant skin is very thick so tanneries split the hides in half top and bottom the bottom being lower in quality less texture and wrinkles (cracks) are not as define as the top split. The color of this elephant skin is Safari Cognac (This color is very hard to find since most of the hides in this color go to the big name boot manufacturers). The back part of the sheath is made with real cowhide Veg Tan leather left in its natural color, Knife sheath is a pancake angle style, Sheath is Handmade to last a very long time, Elephant skin is very rare so this sheath is guarantied to attract attention!!! Knife sheath was made for Large folding knives like a Benchmade Griptilian Regular Size knife with out a pocket clip or similar style folding knives, also fits CASE Large stockman and Large trapper knives.
